Well I know a few sites had the finish order all mixed up. I came up with this and it is what NASCAR has now.
I got one thing to ask NASCAR,
Ok so the Busch brothers might be talking to one another but not helpping one another. I think this is classic. Matt Kenseth pushing Kyle instead of Carl and Kurt pushing Carl instead of little brother.LMAO
Now Carl that might be something to want to punch Matt Kenseth for, NOT!
Maybe if you had not gone at him last year he would have pushed you to the win.
Mikey Waltrip look like it would be a great night after all, this when some drivers started racing without spoters. Not !
Lucky he had another car to slow him down before hitting the wall like the late Dale Sr did, I don't know about you all but it was the first thing that came to my mind seeing Mikey up againts the wall.
So what could cause such a jam pack growd so fast? Kyle Busch bringging them to the green to slow which was a smart thing to do if you can get away with it. If he try to out run them he would have been railroaded later.
I have to ask my driver Dale Jr , what did you think you could push all of that out side line to a victory? Clint Bowyer showed some driving skills by not recking in the many frames to come up againts the wall. It brings me back to the spotters. For the most part you can only say yellow line below and car high, middle row, car high and low. high line its wall high and car low.((Driver yells )) Tell me when I am clear. (( Spotter )) it ant going to happen so eyes straight ahead and just go.
This next one shows Kurt Busch is trying to brake? & foot off gas because you can see the back fire from the side of car near wall lower left being pushed by Clint and Dale Jr with all four bumper to bumper pushing Carl Edwards, I bet if Clint didn't get loose they would have pushed Carl past Kyle before the reck.
Now this is when this line blew it from gaining anymore spots because they had such a push they all had to get control of their car and by then they were not in line anymore. You see Kyle inch more infront of Carl. Robby Gordon and David Cole Trickle hit/ram I don't have this bump drafting down yet Ragan.
Clints spotter must be looking at Marks car saying clear low if you want it. Also maybe Kurt thinks he can get pushed by Carl if he stays high. Not!
Now Clint and David have to save the cars and do very well, This is when Kyle Petty and the booth start to jump out of their pants with excitment saying here it is the big one. Not!
Now Carl has gotten ahead of Kyle Busch and looks like we are going to make it after all. Not!
Mark Martin finds out who his friend is this year. Not! I guess he has to waite till next season to be a team mate. This is Mikey Waltrip down fall because if he did not check up he would have been past the 77 hitting him.
Dave Blainey pushing the #28 to get him loose or he just wanted to make a left hand turn starts it off. The 77 even looks like he knows whats coming and starts to go low. Not! Its the way the car is suppost to look like when running straight. Maybe it look the same to the spotter of the 28 saying he is going low , so clear low. Not!
I think all the cars drove off but this one whitch is darn good for how the cars can take the pounding and keep going.
So we all know who won and I have to ask Kyle Busch what did he throw out of his roof flaps at the end. I know stuff was thrown on to the track. I followed it back when they camera picked up Kyle and I can not find it coming from the air on to the car.
Maybe a rag and he was saying go ahead and throw stuff I will too?
The kid is hot and will be sitting nice when the chase starts. Thats it for this frame by frame hope you all enjoyed it. Take care and God Bless. ...
Good stuff Jedi Master. I thought i would miss the race, because i was at the lake for the weekend, but my next door neighbor has DishN so i caught about the last 50 laps or so. One of the more exciting finishes this year. The end results stunk it up a bit though. Gordon or Dale Jr deserved the win and had better cars but in the end it was Toyota horsepower winning another sprint to the end and more fuel for the fire for Kyle Busch.
F2- I always love your frame by frame. Especially the one with Carl getting ready to knock Matt out. I agree with you 100% on that take. Matt said after the race that his reason for not pushing Carl was because he was moving to much. LOL I think like you said. he remembered Carl dising him last year. Good stuff. Drinks are on me. Cheers
There were a few drivers that should not have been in the race at the last lap. #77 ( an open wheeler) had no clue what to do in a crowd thus he took out Mike (#55) causing him to loose one of his better showings. Glad Mike was not hurt.
I think it is time to get those clowns out of the cars and back to open wheels. If they are not wrecking their selves, they are wrecking other drivers. Sorry Guys. You leave a nefaroius odor behind you in NASCAR as far as talent goes.
Frame by tearing frame. Jeff making a blocking move to fall to 30th. I am going to cry. Poor guy had about his best run of the year..Well off to chicago. Maybe Jeff can get back into victorylane...Forensic..great frame by frame..
Forensic2
If NASCAR isn't getting any action on the track by what they deem to be competitive racing. Then by God they'll do their best to manufacture it one way or another by whatever means they deem mecessary.
Can I get an amen on that ? Just kidding as at the end of the day it's all about the skills of the driver and the ontrack conditions. Safe to say that some fans were disappointed and others were not.
I think if they had stayed green, Edwards would have taken the lead off turn two into the backstretch. The first frame that you have shows Kenseth coming off the bottom and moving up toward Kurt. At that point, had they fallen in line, Edwards had the momentum and probably would have been shoved by Matt. Kurt would have either stayed in line or crossed over to the bottom. But don't think he could have helped Kyle until maybe turn four.
Good Frame by Frame Jamie. Loved your opening statement...Why bring out the yellow flag, when they could have raced to the checkers? Maybe NASCAR is trying to vindicate themselves after the 2007 Daytona 500 that Mark Martin lost to Harvick, because they DID race to the line on that one.
It's always something to blog about each week after the checkers fall. Keep the Frames coming!
Sorry all for late comments, desk top computer is down, was fooling around with it and the darn power had gone out so now it just keeps restarting.
I will hit on a few and all the comments have been fantastic!
TCG - Horse power yes for the toyota, on this track they could have over come that with some team work,Jeff G & Dale Jr could have hook up again with about 5 laps to go but Jeff wanted the bottom and Dale wanted top. Dale got shuffle back to about 8 or so, then Jeff moves up high with a non team mate and loose the lead to Kyle.
Frevr3fan - Matt did start to go with Carl then got back behind Kyle and Kurt moved in behind Carl, I think if Matt stayed they could have railroaded Kyle unless big brother helped him out.NOT!
Photogr - I agree on a few need to get more time in Nationwide before getting in to cup. I think alot just gotto pushy at the end, Dave Blaney seem to be pushing on the #28 and I think he wanted no part in it and try to get out of the high line and driffted down tord the 77,then him doing the same taking out Mikey.
Plenty of room to go 3 wide as long as each car stays in the line they are in and not drift down one lane each.lol
Klvalus - I had a feeling you like that part on the Busch brothers.lol. Thats the race he restarts in about 16 or so with 5 laps to goand storms up the field with Reed Sorenson pushing to about 5th and then Tony pushes him to the lead. That day even the other drivers were saying during the race how can he move around so much like that.
Noahspop - Thanks , yeah that was to bad for Jeff G, Him and Dale need to talk about teaming up on the track.
GGW Racing, Frame by Frame, Show Your Moon Tour Blogs are what you get. Sorry all who like my music but for now its on hold cause it was the thing locking my computer up on here. Till I get the sound card figure out.
