I hope everyone enjoyed another fantasy football season. More importantly though, I hope no one encountered the troubles that our league endured with FoxSports.
I will admit that I am a fantasy-football-geek-freak so I double checked FoxSports’ math each week during the regular season. To my surprise, FoxSports did not get one of my sixteen weeks correct. I gave FoxSports the benefit of the doubt and submitted my complaints via their ‘Contact Us’ tool each week stating what was incorrect with my score and what needed to change. In my opinion, the answers and outcomes that I received were inexcusable. Here are a few samples:
‘We realize you are experiencing difficulties and we are looking into it.’ (Note, after the regular season and the playoffs, FoxSports did not fix any of their mistakes).
‘Your problem has been fixed.’ (None of the problems were ever fixed. FoxSports simply lied.)
‘We disagree with your stats for the players listed. Please refer to the GameTrax site provided.’ (The GameTrax site supported my argument for a stat correction, and showed that FoxSports messed up.)
In the end, the stat corrections that were never fixed actually would have changed the outcome in 2 of my games during the regular season and 1 game during the playoffs. I can guarantee that my league will never use FoxSports as a fantasy site provider again.
In case any advertisers are reading my story, please do not flush your money down the toilet by supporting FoxSports. Why would you want to support someone who went 0 for 16 during the regular season and did not try to fix any of their mistakes? At least the Miami Dolphins went 1 for 16.
I was in this league as well. We submitted dozens of tickets, and I'm left scratching my head just trying to find one that they fixed.
The best irony though was the super fast, we'll get to it right away, honest, playoff complaint form...which promptly crashed from every computer I tried it from. When I reported that, they didn't even deny it was broke, but indicated I needed to use it anyway.
My teams all won the division, and the last game when most good teams were resting their key players I lost.

Wow, I'm glad I only use FOX Sports for blogging. I'am yet to try the Fantasy Sports they offer, but after reading this I probably won't. I use Yahoo! and ESPN. In my opinion, those two are the best free Fantasy Sports providers out there. I'd recommend trying them if you haven't already.

My league started the playoffs at week 17 and are playing the final rounds during the first two rounds of the actual playoffs. We are a private league and foxsports says starting the playoffs at this time is ok, however, when the second week of my leagues fantasy playoffs started our whole leagues' roster went blank and it will not show any stats for week seventeen, or for this week of the playoffs. Can anyone help me out? Can the commisioner of our league do something about it? Or is it just hopeless?
Sorry to break the news to you lil bib20, but since you are relying on FoxSports, it is hopeless. Your only hope is to score it manually now. Best of luck.
Will never use Fox FF again. Slow, slow, slow and always having to make corrections which our Commish was calling to their attention. However after reading the other posts maybe they weren't corrected. Anyway GOOD-BYE to BLEEP FF.
