That means all you guys and gals writing blogs out there can be contributors. Write something funny and relevant on your blog, send us the link (foxfunhouse@hotmail.com) and we'll take a look. If it's good and we have space, you just might end up in the Funhouse. If you don't have a blog ... well, go start one.
If funny isn't your thing, then just use your camera and show us pictures from you tailgating or jeering Barry Bonds from the stands.
This isn't a long-drawn out contest, submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
That's not all. We're going to be trotting out some new stuff, like our new Man of the 'House, where you guys pick the winner. We've been choosing our own winner for years now, but felt it was time to get more democratic now that we have you guys to help us.
Plus we'll have fun little things like caption writing contests for funny pictures and, well, we'll come up with more stuff as we go.
This is just the beginning folks. We often ask you to respond to stories in our blogs, now we want to go a step further and hear your stories and see what everyone else has to say.
Let's see what you got ... and let's have some fun.
sounds like fun....you need a tab for funhouse though. As of now, you have to click on "More", then click on features and then funhouse. Can you make it easier to find on the main page?
Well, at the moment that's tough real estate to get ... we generally get placed at the top of home page features every day. If we can pick up some steam, find some good ideas, the better placement will come.
"50 year Bonds?" LOLOLOL took me a second to make the connection.
Thanks for the notice.
For all of us who just knew we were better at hoops than our high school coach ever gave us a chance to shine...there was that one Wednesday night....new blog up. EVEN A BLIND DOG FINDS A BONE NOW AND THEN. And I'm not hustling the post either. Every former high school athlete has one of these stories I bet. Might be a fun thing to hear a bunch of them. (guys who raced motocross back in the 70's called it "bench racing".) Might call it "HEY COACH REMEMBER ME?"

While I applaud the link to the babes, this is a situation where we can see these babes without having to come to funhouse. I have an alternative suggestion? Suppose you were to do a "blogger hottie of the day". Sorta like the amateur Hustler photos only with clothes on?
They could enter their wives or girlfriends or sisters or mothers or whatever. I know my wife is hotter than Kirsten Dunst. Course I'd probably get killed 83 times if I didn't let her pick out the photo but there has to be some reader hotties out there and they could write a short bio of who she is and what she does. (as a matter of fact bluegrass lady is a hottie. She could send in some photos in a thong or whatever.) Opps. Now see what happens when you get carried away? You'd have to be careful and censor anyone who got REALLY carried away but I could be convinced to help with that task.

I don't see a recurring feature, but if you wanted to put a picture (or pictures) of her on your blog and basically say "Hey Funhouse, my wife's a babe too" ... well, then we could probably find a place for that. And if others followed suit, then who knows. But asking for that sort of submission on a daily basis is probably a little excessive.
Well He don't know it yet but I think Forensic2 has some pretty funny stuff and graphics on his NASCAR blogs. Can you inagine stuffing a guy in a M*on*k*ey suit and drive a race car? Forensic can do it. Might pay him a visit. Then I can quit getting stuffed into these hot suits.
Check out FORENSIC2. You will be glad you did.

A link from the the main blogging page would be great for Funhouse. I was featured on your Hot Links today and didn't even know it until almost midnight when another blogger pointed it out to me.
How can we thank you folks for the props if it takes us 3 days to get here LOL?
Hi funhouse,
I wanted to write in to the funhouse so I could expand upon and improve my blogs. I've been writing at foxsports blogs for about a year and half now and I really enjoy it as an outlet for my sportswriting. I was recommended to the funhouse by Lisa4USC. Anyway take care, best wishes friends and talk soon. Thanks. fenfan

Man, I am the first person to comment on this page this year and it's already March . I think it's safe to say that Funhouse hit rockbottom. It's not the same and your so called changes sucked. I think Dayn Perry was the only guy left working on this and he doesnt post nothing up anymore. Thats a shame I used to look forward to the Funhouse but now it's all but dead.
