We love the Cowboys, but TO ain't no Michael Irvin!!
Mar 05, 2008 | 3:50PM | report this

As of the end of the '07 season I am very concerned over our situation at WR.  TO was inconsistent and it is said that big players make big plays in big games, and what did TO do??...dropped the ball!!

Michael Irvin had his biggest catches in the big games!!  Patrick Crayton, just signed to a big deal, also dropped passes he should have caught.

Last year I was hoping Dallas would have drafted Robert Meachum from UT, or picked up another top line free agent, despite TO's protests ( he complained when asked about the prospects of Dallas picking up Randy Moss in '07).

We have to do something here...if we don't we are doomed.

Well, you clearly didn't live in the DFW area when Irving and the criminal element were hard at work, destroying the rep of the Cowboys. The 'white house', used for hookers and coke was in my neighborhood.
Remember the white fur coat and Jimmy hat for court. Good image for the team.

Put T.O. back in time with the 1992-1995 Cowboys and wonder how he'd to with Troy chucking him the rock.

The 1990's offense succeeded because the defense was also great.
Comparing players from different decades and teams just doesn't work.
F'ing Niners stopped da Boys from four straight!

Still, it's fun to think about.

TO has to succeed with the QB he pouts about, Romo. Nothing can defend TO when the ball hits him in the hands and he drops it, not even decades of time.

Defense? We haven't had a "dead on" pass rusher since Haley, although some of the new DL may develop.

Oh, and it was Jerry Jones ego that stopped Dallas from possibly 5 straight...losing Jimmy Johnson was the biggest NFL management blunder in 20 years.

My dad watched them so I watched them and we go down about once a year and watch a game. I went to NC State so that's who I pull for in college football/bask
etball. My dad is a Mississippi State fan so I watch them when I can. Both my girls attend Appalachian State University, in Boone, NC, and we have been enjoying the unprecedented
