Bristol!
Mar 15, 2008 | 9:43AM | report this

There is more than one way to get inside the Bristol Motor Speedway!

A little different perspective I'd say...

The start of the 2007

Okay... So who am I pulling for this weekend?

Kyle Busch

I've got this guy in the Nationwide race. Yeah, I know... I was on his case last weekend, but I figure hey, if you can't beat em, join em! Go Mad Man Go!!!

Then there's the 500 lap race on Sunday...

Greg Biffle

I got my man this time! Go Get em Greg!

Australian Grand Prix Calander for 2007

Don't know much about this form of racing, but I think I've got a winner for the Formula One race...

Highly-touted F1 rookie Lewis Hamilton is being compared to the legendary Jim Clark.Lewis Hamilton

Britian's Lewis Hamilton is sitting on the pole for this season's Australian Grand Prix! Notice that Lewis is still trying to regrow his hair after burning it all off last season!

Good luck everyone! Let's have a safe bump and grind!

Hey williamwilman!

Thanks again for putting this together for Bristol weekend in March!

I understand you have done this in the past too. I know it involves some work...

Here's hoping the Mad Man Busch figures a way again today!

b@o...

I saw your special addition on the bobsled... I'm thinking there would be one helluva fight to see who gets to be the brakeman! And if there wasn't, I'd be outta there! lol

I'll be watchin NASCAR and wondering about that Formula One race... I guess it starts at 12:30 AM Eastern Time. Don't think I'll catch it.

Have a good one!

GEEZ...

Can you tell I'm a novice? The Madman (Kyle Busch) isn't even running today... Guess that's what I get for calling him the 'Madman'... So much for checking the race sheets...

Later!

Well you started off with a good pick for the NW race. OPPS! Now on to the F1 races. Certainly looks to be an interesting week end.

West coast of Florida? Good pick. Great white beach sand there?

Hey Degraff!

Leave it to b@o to drag out the naked bob sled team... And leave it to me to pick Kyle Busch today when he didn't even run!

Thanks for the visit... I've still got a lot to learn here. At least I went and checked out the Formula race and got that one right!

The really nice beaches are south of where I live about 50 miles down in Clearwater... This area features several wildlife preserves and a more natural setting... Good fishing off shore and nice areas to boat into and camp...

Thanks again!

I remember Clearwater quite well. Lived in most of the cities down there a few years back. My home town is in the panhandle.

Hi Forensic2!

I made a rash assumption in my haste to select drivers for this weekend. Kyle Busch is at the top of the Truck and Cup Series' and 3rd in the Nationwide going into the weekend and I'd heard he was attempting to be the first to win all three in the same season, so I wrongly assumed he would be in yesterday's race. Oh well, live and learn.

You know I remember a few years back watching Rusty Wallace win at Bristol. What I recall is that the race was run much more tentatively than yesterday's. They really changed how they run at Bristol when they reworked that track last year. It seems to be more wide open and less accidents than I remember earlier...

Thanks Forensic!

NOW THAT WOULD BE FUN! Personally, I pick Kyle Busch, too. Take care, Bob!

Kyle just isn't having the kind of season in the Nationwide series as he is in the Cup and Truck. Too bad he didn't last too long in the Nationwide race yesterday.

But I am pulling for Ole Smoke today at Bristol! One of His younger teammates has won already. So it is time for Ole Smoke to get into Victory Lane.
