I'm really glad Jeff is okay. That was a real hard hit. Someone should teach Earnhardt how to Not spin his tires on a restart. His inability to start caused this wreck and took his "teammate" out of the race. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but he didn't even acknowledge he caused the crash in the post race interview. He's making liking him difficult.
That was a HORRIFIC wreck! It's a testament to NASCAR in making the sport safer. If it had happened in last year's car, Gordon would have been hurt to the point where he would have missed several races. After that crash, I think every track will implement SAFER barriers on the inside walls. When I saw Gordon put down the window net, I was relieved and glad at the same time. Good that he was able to walk away from that crash.
That was SCARY..Just like last year at the 600 when he flew off the front strech wall when he clipped the #96 Raines car. That was the worst I have ever seen him wreck. Glad to see all the guys walked away from the bad wrecks today.
