WELL, MONDAY NIGHT, SHOW CASING MY TEAM, CAN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THAT, UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING AHEAD TO THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS GAME.  I THINK BUFFALO WILL COME TO PLAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY FOR THEM, SO WILL MY COWBOYS.

     The bills come into this game sporting a new rookie QB and unfortunately for them, Dallas will be teeing off on him hopefully for several touchdowns, sacks and picks.  I'm sure there are a few out there thinking the Bills have a chance but let's be realistic, even the rookie QB doesn't think much of their chances.  QUOTED from a recent interview he had this to say about the upcoming game............. " Well, I think i'm gonna come into the game with the mentallity of don't turn the ball over, don't make any mistakes, and let the team as a whole win the game! "  HELLO, HE'S THE GENERAL OF THIS TEAM, AND THE TEAM AS A WHOLE SUCKS.....LOL  NOT SHOWING MUCH CONFIDENCE IS HE...........?

WELL, LOOK FOR DALLAS TO WIN THIS GAME BIG AND PUT IT AWAY EARLY RUNNING INTO NEXT WEEKS GAME WITH A 38-12 VICTORY............ GO COWBOYS!

I've said it all along, the Dallas Cowboys are for real this year!
They whooped the Giants, yes the defense had some growing pains, but they won!
They whooped up on Miami, yes the 1st half was rough but they convincingly won.
Now comes DA BEARS........LOL

OK, before discussing this weeks game lt me first sayzz this, all you people writing in & emailing me saying things like:
1. dallas hasn't beat a real team
2. the teams dallas has beat didnt have good defenses
3. dallas does not have a championship defense
4. chicago's D will shut down the Romo Attack
5. Hester will burn Dallas & win the game for DA BEARS

SHUT YOUR FOOKIN MOUTHES!!!!!!!!

Grossman was shut down ( i kno not hard to do )
Bensen was shut down
Berrian as shut down
HESTER had 3 fumbles
and DA BEARS " D " didn't come out of the tunnel for the 2nd half.

Dallas played a near flawless game on D. ya, they gave up a couple big plays, but what D ever keeps from doing that?!

Romo was 22 comp on 35 attempts for 329 yards 2 TD's 1 int.
Grossman? LOL 15/32 195 ZERO TD's and 3 INTERCEPTIONS!

I kno I pedicted this in my fantasy football leagues, and i'm pretty sure @ some point i've said this in my blog, but Marion Barber will be good for 1000 yards and 20 TD's . Marion was a smooth 15 attempts for 102 and 1 TD against DA BEARS.

Funny thing I juss thought of, and yes I feel the need to share it, a few blogs bck I named Witten as 1 of the big 3 for BIG D , and man did the emails fly in........where's all those non believers now? I believe Witten leads the league for TE production......HMMMM!!!!! Witten was a cool 6 catches for 90 yards and a TD......woot woot!

And yes, last but not least.........OWENS! isn't it great, #1 Wr leading the league for NFC! only WR having a better year than T.O is Magic Moss in new england! Owens, for those curious was " are u sitting down? " 8 , yes eight, or ate catches for an unbelievable 145 yards.....thats like an 18 yard average....awsome if you ask me......... ok nuff bout the details, let me get to the good stuff.....

Me & my buddy, DA BOATMAN....... A.K.A. DA BEARS FAN have had running bet since the schedule was first put out, that whoever's team won "his da bears" "mine da boys" , the loser had to wear the other's jersey!
now, this doesn't seem like a big bet to some........background info....... i have never worn another teams jersey " EVER!" , same can be said for da boatman, so for me to wager history like that, well, let's just say I WAS VERY CONFIDENT! But my buddy decided to up the wager, and got very down & dirty, went on e-buh-bay-buh and bought a grossman jersey for $4.95 free shipping.........lol dirty, dirty, damn i just wanna point out how down & dirty that was....... i joked about making him wear a quincy carter jersey, but joked was all i did, people u no and i no, " Bears fans dont even wear grossman jerseys.......thats just how dirty da boatman made our bet!"
anyway, i took a day off work, my buddy cooked wings, burgers, bought a cse of beer, needless to say me, he and the wives kicked it for sunday night football.....the biggest game of the season, the 2 front runners for the NFC, we were doin our thang and enjoyin the greatest sport known to man.......Football!

well, I was the only, yes THE ONLY Cowboys fan there.....I was surrounded by:
* my wife, who only went for the food
*da boatman wearin his urlacher jersey
*hawk, da botmans #### nephew ( aptly named for his red mohawk)
*boatmans wife wearin a tank johnson jersey
and da botmans 2 daughters, 3 dogs......u get the idea......" I WAS THE ONLY FREAKIN BOYS FAN THErE! " but i knew i was entering enemy territory when i went so screw em.....budlight fixes everything!
so 1st quarter da bears get a lucky field goal, grossman still looking good at this point.
2nd quarter da boys post 3 but get cheated out of 3 at the end of the half by the chicago pinstripes.... a.k.a referees
at this point I still had faith, but u always have to be worried when playin da bears at home......... refs suck there
but when the 3rd quarter started, da bears refused to come out..or something cause my boys domonated from then on.....everytime da boys would score, i'd stand up, cheer em on, and let me tell you, I never seen longer faces at a funeral than I did @ da boatmans house..........3 speechless bears fans.....what more could u ask for?

BUT MAN, HOW CAN YOU KNOW OR EVEN ALLOW THE CALL MADE ALLOWING SHANNAHAN TO CALL A TIME-OUT A FRACTION OF A SECOND BEFORE SEABASS KICKS THE GAME WINNING FIELD GOAL......I SAY BULL ####! I THINK THIS WAS ANOTHER CALL THE NFL REF'S MISSED, ALLOWING THIS TO TAKE 3 POINTS OFF THE BOARD, SEABASS THEN MISSING THE NEXT FIELD GOAL AND EVENTUALLY COSTING THE RAIDERS A WIN THAT WAS DESPERATELY NEEDED. YOU'RE foolin yourself if you think your team will get anywhere unless grossman improves. c'mon now, all joking aside, i talk alot of #### about DA BEARS but when it comes right down to it, even my buddy boatman, biggest DA BEARS FAN i know, will admit grosman is holding this team back. muhhamid and berrian are fantasy football jokes, when they should be in the top 10 receivers drafted each year. example: i took muhhamid in my auction draft, got almost laughed out of the room, paid $1 for him..... now, you're thinking $1 big deal? it was my last $1 out of $100 and i wasted it on someone i cut before the season started. then signed berrian, cut him the 2nd week....your team is going bnowhere this year, and for all the people talking #### about the boys beating 2 crappy teams, the bears beat a KC team feared only by themselves.......it's so bad in KC THIS YEAR johnson can't muster a 100 yard game to save his life and the bears are either right behind em or ahead of em in the no offense department!

It's funny, at my draft meetings this year for fantasy football,  the talk of the drafts was, do i draft LARRY JOHNSON or L.T with the 1st overall pick?  Well, it appears both are a bust so far, L.J being the bigger of the 2 busts. I might be expecting more from L.T but damn, where's the rushing yards? where's the 150 + rushing game with 2 or 3 td's? Well, I think SAN DIEGO has shot themselves in the foot, NORV TURNER just plain sucks! look at his track record as a head coach, was marty ball that bad? was it so bad that even tho marty didnt get along with the front office of SAN DIEGO , and they were not on speaking terms, hell they were in the playoffs? where are they now chargers fans?..................0-2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and to top this whole thing off, i got l.t this year, finally after 3 seasons in my auction league where i refused to spend the money, i splurged this year, almost $60 out of the $100 i am alotted to spend...............ever heard of the EA MADDEN CURSE? I THINK I'M THE LOCAL FANTASY DRAFT CURSE, IT'S LIKE I'VE BEEN ON THE FRONT OF A FANTASY DRAFT VIDEO GAME BOX AND I'M THE CURSE PEOPLE, L.T SUCK THIS SEASON AND I'M THE FREAKIN CURSE................. by the way i will be looking to take up donations to re-coop my $60 wasted in that draft........lol  one thigns for certain, i sure as hell didn't take julius jones sorry ####!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT THE COWBOYS LOST FROM THIS GAME WAS JASON FERGUSON:

Nose tackle Jason Ferguson is now out for the entire season after suffering a torn biceps tendon in the first quarter of Sunday's 45-35 win over the Giants. Ferguson, a 10-year veteran who is the only experienced nose tackle on the roster, will have surgery Friday on his biceps muscle which has separated from the tendon at the elbow.

The Cowboys will move Ferguson to injured reserve this week, but as of Monday, the club was still contemplating what to do with that impending open roster spot.

QUICK JOKE:

A Chicago Bear fan, a Minnesota Viking fan and a Green Bay #### fan were all in Saudi Arabia, sharing a smuggled crate of booze.  All of a sudden Saudi police rushed in and arrested them.  The mere possession of alcohol is a severe offense in Saudi Arabia, so for the terrible crime, they were sentenced to death!  However, it was a Saudi national holiday the day their trial finished, and the extremely benevolent Sheik decided they could be released after receiving just 20 lashes each of the whip.  As they were preparing for their punishment, the Sheik suddenly said, "It's my first wife's birthday today, and she has asked me to allow each of you one wish before your whipping."

The Bears fan was first in line (he drank the least), so he thought about this for a while and then said, "Please tie a pillow to my back."  This was done, but the pillow only lasted 10 lashes before the whip went through.  The Bears fan had to be carried away crying like a baby.

The Viking fan was next up (he almost finished an entire fifth by himself), and after watching the scene, said "All Right!  Please fix two pillows on my back."  But even two pillows could only take 15 lashes before the whip went through, sending the Viking fan out crying like a little girl. 

The #### fan was the last one up (he had finished off the crate).  The Sheik turned to him and said, "You support the greatest team in the world.  Your city and fans are the greatest.  For this, you may have two wishes!"  Thanks, your most Royal highness," the #### fan replies.  "In recognition of your kindness, my first wish is that you give me not 20, but 100 lashes."

Actually I wanna say it another way but occasionally this becomes a family blog ( like when I got overly excited about making the foxsports front page.......lol) , but anyways, CHRIS SIMMS , son of the great PHIL SIMMS, CHRIS SIMMS, who layed out on the field in agony, GAVE HIS SPLEIN people............for this organization, now they're just gonna cut his wrist and leave him for the wolves. WELL, I am an out spoken person, truely this blog serves if nothing else the one purpose I think it was intended for, to let people VENT!      Strangest thing guys and gals, i was reading some of the replies, and by the way i welcome the good with the bad!............ and low and behold, of all things to see on my blog?......... "BUT A BEARS FAN TRYING TO JUSTIFY WHY HIS TEAM DOESN'T SUCK!"

     WELL, truth is, as much as we hate to admit it, the bears are loaded with talent.  They drafted one of the best TE's available in the draft, if not THE best TE in the draft.  But anyways, I for one don't want to toot his horn, as I hear his #### all the time, see i eat lunch, go to the gym, myself and wife hangs out with hisself and wife, ect......so you get the picture.

     BUT see here's the thing, the resentment I have for his team stems from other things outsIde of watching football on tv, or talking trash at the dinner table.......... IT'S A MADDEN 08 THING!  YEAH, that's right a video game. I like to kick his #### on madden xbox 360, and he attempts to kick mine, but can never muster enough skill to do so ( PROOF OF THIS IS A 9 GAME WINNING STREAK WHERE HE DIDN'T SCORE AN OFFENSIVE TOUCHDOWN!  INCLUDING A 69-3 LOSS AND A SHUTOUT 29-0 AND TWICE WHERE HE BEGGED FOR MERCY AND ENDED UP QUITTING!......TRUE DAT, I'D NEVER LIE!). So that's why he is on here talking trash, trouble is I have some back-up , there are a whole lot of cowboys fans reading cowboys bogs  and just like the real life indians, only a few bears fans that stick together.  There's an old saying, you never see 2 indians in the same place at the same time, cause there so few and far between, same goes with the bears fans.  NOW comes the explanation of a bet I have with him, him being BOATMAN who I have referred to before.  Boatman and I had a brainstorm of an idea one day at the gym.  We have plans to take the wives and trek up to chicago to watch the bears game.  Boatman's big brother "E" has us hooked up to go to some type of big #### game party, complete with beer, topless women, snacks and a whole lot of cowboys kickin some bears ####!  OK,OK maybe not the topless women, the wife wouldn't go for that, well maybe she would....ok that's material for another blog on another day  HEEHEE!  BUT, the KICKER OF THE BET, is that which ever team loses, cowboys is me, bears is him, the loser has to wear the other guys team jersey. I KNOW, DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A BIG DEAL, but BOATMAN, being the awsome friend he was trying to be, WENT OUT AND FOR $4.99 NO TAX AND FREE SHIPPING ( cheap #### jersey and a sorry #### player grossman is), BOUGHT A GROSSMAN JERSEY IN MY SIZE ( now people, you know when you buy a jersey and the vender tells you there's no sales tax, no shipping from overseas, this is a hand stitched jersey, and the total cost is a whopping $4.99..............SOMETHINGS DAMN WRONG!). " THAT #### JUST WASN'T RIGHT !" WELL, i got something for him, for one brief moment, when he loses, his #### is gonna squeeze into a QUINCY CARTER jersey i own and not by choice it was a gift from my family after me giving them explixit instructions NOT to buy a QUINCY CARTER JERSEY, ANY OTHER PLAYER, WELL NOT BLEDSOE, BUT JUST NOT A CARTER JERSEY ( SURELY FOR THE 4 DEVOTED READERS THAT MAYBE HAVE READ MY ENTIRE BLOG KNOWS I FREAKIN hate hate hate QUINCY CARTER ) and i'm getting a picture of this ( and yes it goes on myspace fo sho soon after being taken!) 

WELL, IN CLOSING, GUESS I'VE RAMBLED ON TOO MUCH, THAT I JUST HOPE, that after the cowboys kicks the BEARS ####................ THAT MY LITTLE BUDDY WAKES UP, GOES TO HIBBITTS SPORTING GOODS AND BUYS A COWBOYS JERSEY, CAUSE , HELL, I HATE TO SEE HIS KIND OF PEOPLE ( BEARS FANS ) BECOME EXTINCT.......................MATTER OF FACT, THERE'S NOT EVEN 2 OF THEM TO STICK TOGETHER HERE IN HELL!!
