Marcos Ambrose currently sits 13th in the NASCAR Busch Series standings and is third among Busch regulars. This weekend Ambrose will make his second start at Dover International Speedway, a tough, portland cement concrete surfaced one-mile oval known as ‘The Monster Mile’. The Australian was 27th in his fifth race in last year’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at Dover. Ambrose will be looking for his fourth Raybestos Rookie of the Race Award this weekend as he seeks to improve on his third place in the Raybestos Rookie of the Year standings.

william is right and I haven't see anything in the last month either. The last hot rumor was the Subway Series. That would give a whole new meaning to that term wouldn't it?
I still think NASCAR should limit the number of races a Cup driver can race in the Busch Series, that way the Busch regulars will be leading the points and they would be getting the points money.
But nice to see that Ambrose is doing so well this year.
Crikey Falcons: Portland cement / concrete at Dover?? Doesn't Dover have any??? I got all these Buds Suds beer cans with Dale Jr.s pic on them. Saving them as collectors items. Now they are worthless.Any body want to buy some slightly used Buds Suds cans with Jr.s pic on them???
Xburl: I hear Pinti Beans and Mawell House is looking to take over the Busch series..
As an adult with ADHD I find it interesting that a family member can claim Wood was misdiagnosed. Many race drivers are ADHD. It is the fearlessness of ADD or ADHD that allows them to be fearless. ADHD persons also make good salespersons which is why I am considering hanging up engineering for a financial services career.
I must confess that I was a bit worried how Marcos would go over with you guys. He had a little bit of a reputation down here as somewhat of an arrogant driver...and that wouldn't wash well with NASCAR since he's a foreign driver.
But he's really impressed me over the last couple of years and I've totally swung my opinion around on him....I look forward to (hopefully) seeing him race the big boys at Sonoma and Watkins Glen.
He's still my tip to get rookie of the year for the Busch series too....and if he manages to stay top 10 in points I wouldn't be surprised to see him racing Cup next year. Personally I hope he stays in Busch for another year to get more oval experience but he has to take whatever chances come along I guess.
