I couldn't believe how badly the Angel's played against the Yankees last night! In the first inning when that ball fell between two Angel's players, they just looked at each other and neither attempted to get the ball before it fell and caused a base hit for the Yankees! My jaw just dropped much like the ball.

They just stood there, "You want me to get that?" The Angel's have been "killing" all summer and then when it counted they just stood there.

I'm sure other teams that lost to the Angel's were thinking, "Now why couldn't they have played like that when they were playing our team?"

Was it the fact they were playing the Yankees in the first ACLS Game of the season. Were they so awe struck by the position they found themselves in they just simply forgot how to play?
