Well, it's that time again. The conference tourneys. I am personally an Illinois Fighting Illini, and Notre Dame fan. I also lean tword some other teams including the Northwestern Wildcats, and DePaul Blue Deamons. And, scince I'm a homer, I ussually root on SIU (Southern ILL), and some other Illinois teams.

The BIG EAST Tournament begun today and I was disaointed to see that DePaul lost to Villinova. I thought they would do well, not a first round bust! ND will play tomorrow. Go Irish! 

The BIG TEN Tournament will then start tomorrow. Illinois is scheduled to play Penn State, and Northwestern to play Michigan State. The great city of Chicago will be hosting the tournament. Northwestern is less than 20 miles from Chi-Town so they'll draw a great deal of fans. Also, there are many, many Illinois alumni in Chicago, so they will get more than some support. Looking forward to it!
