Same story every year... Selection committee favors the ACC

Monday, March 12, 2007, 05:54 PM EST [ACC]

I'm really tired of the ACC. The ACC is clearly favored by, the ESPN Anylists and the selection committee. I'm sick of it. So I'm going to tell everyone.

First off, I could care less what the ESPN Anylists think. They don't decide who gets in and what seeds they get. I could care less about what Dick Vitale and the rest of them think.

But, the selection committee decides who gets in and what seeds they get. We saw more favoritism this year. It ticks me off.

NORTH CAROLINA: What is NC doing at a 1 seed? That's rediculous. They had a lucky win over Ohio State in the ACC-Big Ten challenge, and now their a 1 seed? They beat Duke, too. WHOOPIE! Good for them! They beat an overated Duke team. Good for them. I wish them the best of luck.

DUKE: Why is Duke a 6 seed? Who'd they beat? That was the worst move I've ever seen. They belong at a 8 or 9 seed. They lost in the first round of the ACC Tourney to NCST. That was great. Losing in the first roud is what gets you a 6 seed if you're in the ACC. I wish them the best of luck.

VIRGINIA TECH:  VT had an uneventful year. They'll play Illinois Friday and they'll get beat. I wish them the best of luck.

See what I mean? 7 teams is too much!
