    1. Florida

    2. LSU

    3. Boise

    4. Wisconsin

    5. USC

    6. Penn

    7. Auburn

    8. Louisville

    9. Georgia

    10. West Virginia

    Ohio State, Michigan, Nebraska, OU, Arkansas, Tennesse if you can't win you don't desrve a top 10 rating. If you get blown out or manhandled then you fall to the bottom of the top 25.
