This game was again lost by Bobby.Lowe had something wrong on his pitching hand and everyone knew it. Still Bobby leaves him in for 8 runs. Medlin came in and shut the door, this game could have been won had he pulled him earlier. Why does he keep doing this? I'll definitely check it ouf Amarant. I've been so busy lately I haven't been able to do much posting at all. Seeing how the team got hot when I stopped I may be superstitious and slow it down for a while. "Never mess with the streak". Great news about your dog. My dog had parvo about 8 years ago and the vet bills were out of sight. I'll keep your story in mind if we ever go through that again. Let's go Braves!

Thanks Bream. She is doing just fine. She got parvo even though she had her vaccinations and the vets wanted like 4 grand to take care of her and I just didn't have it so I was researching a lot of stuff, and apparently the Vets won't tell you but there is a way to treat the stuff at home, and I did it for 300 bucks compared to all the vet expenses. She is fine now.

I have also been occupied with a newer message board. I have tried getting you guys to come over to it a few times. The site is only a couple of months old but it has some great discussions and I have yet to see anyone acting as they do on our page. I am the moderator on the Braves board there, so I have quite a few responsibilities there, and won't be on here as much. We had a great game tonight. Hanson worried me a little bit in the first, didn't look like he had his control but he settled in nicely. Good production overall from the team without McClouth or LaRoche in the lineup. The team has really been showing what they have over the past 3 or 4 games missing 2 guys or more a night. If we can take tomorrows game and then when Philly comes to town(Lee won't be pitching I might add) if we take 2 of the 3 from them, this division race is completely different. I hope Florida can keep pace for a week or so, that way it puts some added pressure on Philly and they could choke, and I would rather see the division slip away from us to the Marlins than the Phillies or the Mets.

Braves look good tonight. I always worry about the Nats we never play them well.

sorry about the long absence guys, took the family on vacation to Savannah and when I got back I decided to stay away for a little while, I got sick of the trolls on the front page, and just have been keeping busy with other things. I agree Amarant that the year is just about a bust. But, I expect them to keep it tantalizing close enough to where we have to continue worrying every night aboout wins and losses.
