David Diaz-Infante
David's career has
certainly been unique. Considered "The Ultimate Underdog", the the Washington
Times saying, "perhaps no player in Super Bowl history has traveled a harder
path than Diaz-Infante."
David made his debut with the San Diego Chargers during the 1987 players strike
and did not play another NFL game until the 1996 season. Diaz-Infante honed his
football skills between NFL stints by playing in the World Football League,
Canadian Football League, and the XFL.
David played for the Denver Broncos from 1995-01, where he won two Super Bowl
Championships: Super Bowls XXXII and XXXIII. Since retirement from the NFL,
David has been one of the most recognizable media personalities in the Denver
area and a role model for Hispanics across the country. Currently, he hosts a
regional sports/entertainment radio show on KOA in Denver.
David also is the color analyst for the Denver Broncos broadcasting team as
well as John Elway's arena football team, the Colorado Crush. Diaz-Infante also
works as an NFL analyst for Fox Sports Net and is the Monday Morning Quarterback
on the WB network.
