Posting on the message boards can become hostile. To avoid needless arguments, the following principles might be adhered to when posting messages.
From "The Four Agreements", by Don Miguel Ruiz
- Be impeccable with your word.
Speak (type) with integrity. Avoid using words against yourself or others. Use your word in the direction of truth and love. - Don't take anything personally.
What others do and say is a projection of their own reality. If you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering. - Don't make assumptions.
Find the courage to ask questions and express what you really want. Communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. - Always do your best.
Your best will change moment to moment, it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Simply do your best and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
Remember that you are what you type.
