Byron Houston ended his brief NBA career as a member of the Sacramento Kings. But it is quite clear Mr. Houston is no longer king of the county, if you will.

Houston was whistled for a VERY personal foul Wednesday, as Oklahoma City police arrested him on counts of indecent exposure, engaging in a lewd act and driving with a canceled license after the former Oklahoma State star was observed masturbating in his car while stopped at an intersection.

It's enough to make being naked at the drive-thru seem downright wholesome.
