[BCS]
Since every blogger enjoyed my last post concerning a 16 team BCS playoff system (joking, hardly anyone read it) I thought I would plug in this weeks top 16 BCS teams to see what kind of intriguing match-ups there would be.
Keep in mind, the highest ranking team that wins each game plays the lowest ranked team the next round
So here goes.
WEEK ONE:
1. The Ohio State Buckeyes
16. Tennessee
2. USC
15. West Virginia
3. Michigan
14. Virginia Tech
4. Florida
13. Rutgers
5. LSU
12. Oklahoma
6. Louisville
11. Auburn
7. Wisconsin
10. Notre Dame
8. Boise State
9. Arkansas
Last week I placed the highest ranked team to win, this week I will predict a winner. There are some interesting matchups in the first round most notably: Wisconsin/ND, Michigan/Va. Tech, USC/WVU, and Florida/Rutgers
Here are the winners from week one:
1. The Ohio State Buckeyes ( won 38, 17)
15. West Virginia (won 42, 38 in OT)
3. Michigan (won 19, 17)
4. Florida ( won 20, 17 in OT)
5. LSU (won 13-10)
6. Louisville (won 24-21)
10. Notre Dame (won 28-14)
8. Boise State (won 34-31 in OT)
So now the highest ranked team plays the lowest ranked team in WEEK TWO:
1. The Ohio State Buckeyes (BCS Bowl)
15. West Virginia
3. Michigan (BCS Bowl)
10. Notre Dame
4. Florida (BCS Bowl)
8. Boise State
5. LSU (BCS Bowl)
6. Louisville
Here are the winners of WEEK TWO:
1. The Ohio State Buckeyes ( won 30-13)
3. Michigan (won 45-40)
8. Boise State (won 27-26)
5. LSU (won 20-16)
We are down to the final 4, again the highest ranked team plays the lower ranked team, here's the matchup for WEEK 3:
1. The Ohio State Buckeyes
8. Boise State
3. Michigan
5. LSU
Now we have settled the two best teams in college football, the winners in WEEK 3 play for the BCS National Championship.
1. The Ohio State Buckeyes (won 42-14)
5. LSU (won 23-21)
WINNER: The Ohio State Buckeyes 20- 10.
Congratulations to all teams!
