THE LAST time i checked  David Stern was the commissioner of the NBA, the situation with Yi ,is pretty much standard with some of todays disgruntled draft picks,Steve Francis pulled this when he was drafted and some other players Bo Jackson just to name a two,,but Milwaukee hold firm and let him play in China if he wants,he's a project at best right now it's not like you drafted Greg Oden or Yao Ming,.

IF you fold and trade him every  good player from China might try to pull this mess,and it's not YI its his country and reps.This is about money and marketing ,and nothing more, do you think Yi people would be happy in Memphis NO,,I doubt it,i would let him sit all year and at the very last minute before I lose him i would unload him for a truck load of picks  or players.Or just let him sit,

The crap about his development ,don't you get better playing in practice against other  7 footers who are the best players in the world.If he's a good player he'll play and develop,but don't  try to insult the my intelligence and others.
