We should applaud the decision made by Sammy Sosa,here is a player whose skills have dimminshed over the last 2 years and he instead of hanging on for a paycheck he's going to hang him up.There are other players who should follow Sammie lead and call it a carreer no names mentioned.Sammie is probably a hall of famer and going out this way is good because we can remember him in a good light. if he played another year and batted 230 with 10 dingers  people will speculate that his stats were all because of steroids and  corked bats
