Prediction: Beaver's will win this game and place Mike Riley in the head coaching position for at least one more year.  Mediocrity at Oregon State should be expected and anything above this should be celebrated.  My wife will be jumping for joy as the Lame Duck's of the Pac-10 flounder to "her" lesser team. 

Should UofO win?  Yes.

Will UofO win?  No.

Could any Oregon Team beat anyone in the country?  HELL YES.

Where O' Where Art Thou Lance Armstrong?

I understand there may be reasons why Lance Armstrong is quiet during the Floyd Landis debacle.  But I'd like to know what they are.  I believe Lance to be a Champion of Champions.  I believe he is the most drug tested athlete in the history of sport.  I believe he has never failed a drug test and is as close to super-human on a bike as well...  Superman.   I guess I would just like to hear an opinion.  I would like to hear what he feels Floyd has done to the sport of cycling.  I would like to know what he thinks about the drug testing policies that are in place in his old sport and other professional sports.  Lance is a world leader in the fight against cancer and the last time I checked, steroids, etc. have been known to cause cancer.  Lance could speak up & lead an American revolution for strict drug testing policies all the way down to the High School level and people would follow.  I would follow.  I would listen.

Where are you Lance?  And why haven't you spoken sooner?

 

A response to Italy advances to Cup final with late strikes:

Finally, a game in the world cup where the referee was exceptional.  This ref was superb.  He let them play.  He did not call dives.  No unnecessary cards.  No penalty kicks.  Keep him for the next two games and we'll have a fair, impartial WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP.  Kudos!!

The end of the Mayan calendar will bring peace, love and happiness.  Darren Daulton apparently has more senses that the rest of us know how to attain (and he's not willing to show).  Darren's wife is leaving him.  Darren thinks monkey's urine should be bottled and used as an aftershave.   Darren thinks he's a first ballot hall of famer. 

What has gotten into this guy?  Why is this suddenly newsworthy?

For anyone who has ever seen Fast Times at Ridgemont High, I'm convinced that the protagonist Jeff Spicoli was recently reincarnated as nineteen year old snowboarder Hanna Teter.  I just watched a brief snippet of an interview that has me wondering if Ms. Spicoli errrrrr Teter gets tested for performance enhancing medicinal marajuana for that "bum knee" she claimed pre-olympic event. 

I believe that most of these snowboarders (minus Shaun) are using the "wizzenator" to beat a drug test.  I'm not sure what Ms. Spicoli means when she says, "I was totally stoked to rage that pipe!  keee keee keee..."  Finally, I believe that these individuals are representing themselves far more than they are represeting our beloved country.
