    Rays In The World Series

Sunday, October 26, 2008, 11:16 AM EST [General]

Yes. The Tampa Bay Rays in the World Series is good for baseball. Sure, I would of loved it if my Boston Red Sox could pull off game 7. But you don't need to question parity in baseball now: It exists for sure. Two straight years with teams getting into the World Series for the 1st time. That's truly amazing. It may not be what we're used to, but it sure is cool. Hey, Nationals fans. Maybe next year is your turn (maybe...).

Fastest Woman In Marathon Doesn't Win

Tuesday, October 21, 2008, 03:59 PM EST [Other]

In a very messed-up story, a woman ran the fastest time in a marathon but wasn't declared the winner. If you have time, read this story. I think this woman should have been declared the winner. Here's the link.
