Spain's coach Luis Aragones decided to give all the bench warmers a chance against Saudi Arabia. Spain was top of the group anyway and the outcome of the match against the Saudis wouldn't have changed that. Aragones destroyed the game as a spectacle by using the reserve squad. Yet they still managed a 1-0 win.
