With 25,000 Swedes in Cologne, accommodation is at straining point. Over in the West of the city though they have created their own little Stockholm complete with restaraunts, bars and all the football you could want. Many have driven down from the North over the last couple of days and last night 5, 000 of them camped down for free in one of the city parks. The camp owner said that they have made just one big party and he expects the same tonight, win or lose.
