NFL Free Agency update for Monday, Antonio Bryant, Marquand Manuel, R.W McQuarters and Eric Moulds

Monday, March 13, 2006, 06:56 PM EST [San Francisco 49ers]

The 49ers have attempted to fill the WR void, by signing former Brown/Cowboy Antonio Bryant.   Bryant may be a guy who could turn out to be a big deal, he has speed.  However the 49ers need some OFFENSE.  TRADE BARLOW!!!

The Packers signed Marquand Manuel, the safety who took over in Seatlle after Ken Hamlin got mauled outside of a club.  Manuel did a very good job at safety, the Packers have made a smart signing.

The G-Men signed former Bears/Lions CB R.W. McQuarters.  McQuarters is getting a bit up there in age, but is still a solid nickle back, and is a great kick returner.

Finally the Bills will not pay Eric Moulds, thus Moulds is asking to be traded or cut.  Moulds is a solid veteran reciever who can put up good numbers for most teams.  The Bills need to just get rid of him, and start fresh.  Lee Evans, and Roscoe Parrish are two good speedy young recievers who can takeover for Moulds, they just need a QB.  Is Losman the answer?  How bout Holcomb?  Maybe draft one?  Maybe Brees?  Hurts my head.
