Well it happens every couple weeks, when we get set in our conforatble chair at 5:30, tune in waiting to see what Kornheiser and Wilbon have to say today, and them, BOOM; You see golf.  It sucks not having PTI on, screws you out of a days worth of sports news.

 So in the name of PTI, I have decided to stage my own cheap knockoff, ETD. (or Excuse the Distraction)

BIG STORIES

After "Game of Shadows" was released, slamming Bonds and calling him a juicer, Barry Bonds has decided to sue the hell out of the people who wrote it.  Who can blame him?  Tell me how happy you would be if some guys wrote a book saying how you cheated and how bad of a person you are.  Bonds probably did roids, but I can totally understand the lawsuit.

When Adam Vinatieri was signed by the Colts a few days back, we all knew that Mike Vanderjagt was gone.  Where has he gone?  Dallas.  The Cowboys have had troubles with the kicker position from Billy Cundiff, to the worst kicker in NFL history (Jose Cortez)  Very smart signing by the Cowboys.  With that, and the signing of T.O., the Cowboys are for real and are thinking Super Bowl.

Well I said Duke would get upset, (granted I said they would lose last round to GW, but meh) Four seed LSU just beat one seed Duke 62-54.  I only caught the end of this one, but LSU looked freakin dominant in the end.  I think that they could be a sleeper team tha could make the Final Four.  They will still have to go through either West Virginia or Texas to get there, but they upset mighty Duke.

Memphis beat Bradley.  This doesn't shock anyone, since most people didn't even have Bradley out of the first round.  Congrats to Bradley for getting that far.  Memphis will have a tough road ahead with either UCLA or Gonzaga.

Keyshawn Johnson is now a Panther.  I bet Jake Delhomme is saying, "Fianally I have someone who can get rid of the double teams on Steve Smith.  Also the 49ers improved the line by signing Pro Bowl (and very fat) lineman Larry Allen.  Now they just need to toss Kevan Barlow...

TV PICKS

Well TV on Friday is never good, so watch some of the NCAA Tourney.  On Saturday watch MAD TV, which is much better then SNL these days.  Sunday watch some Family Guy and Simpsons and War at Home, but change the channel at Free Ride, that show sucks.
