I was just sitting aroung yesterday on my computer and I went onto the Maple Leafs website.  The top stories was Mark Bell getting suspended and the next story was about the Leafs unveiling their new jerseys.

I was interested so I took a look at them and there was one thing I noticed about these jerseys...They're really different.  That was the first thing that came to mind.  Nothing else they are just different.

I know there is only one reason that Commissioner Bettman and his gang of money hungry individuals wanted these new jerseys, $$$$$$, and that is the short answer.

It's not the form fitting jerseys creating less drag so we will get a faster game. That may actually be a feature, but it an after thought, not the first thing that came to mind.

The NHL is doing a smart thing by telling the people all the features that come with these new jerseys and not the real reason, but people aren't stupid and they will figure it out themselves.  I hope they don't ourchase one before they realize what just happen to thier $150.00.
