It was a tainted nutritional supplement

Thursday, November 1, 2007, 08:01 AM EST [Mike Cameron]

Is it just me or are the excuses for athletes testing positive for banned substances or stimulants getting more and more rediculous.

Mike Cameron, formerly of the San Diego Padres, said of news of his positive test that he took a tainted nutritional supplement.  Haven't we heard the "tainted" defense all ready? Rafael Palmeiro looking in your direction.

What is next for sports.  "A blind hooker injected me while she was giving me directions to the nearet bus station," said Barry Bonds in a recent interview.
"My dog bit me and I was able to workout for a longer period of time" said Jose Canseco.
"My dentist perscribed this injection, but he said to "stick it in the butt", said Gary Sheffield.

Do these sathlete think we are complete idiots? Really, you know what you ingest down to the calorie, yet this supplement managed to escape you.  Can someone say bullshit, cause I can.

I have no problem with athletes taking steroids, but don't talk to me like I am a 7 year-old, treat me as adult and tell the truth, don't hide behind lies.
