I find it hard to believe that so many people would concentrate so much of their energy and efforts against a person accused (not convicted) of dog fighting.  But yet, we find it acceptable for our nation's leaders to use lies, discord and the innocent blood of our fellow countryman as a means of invading a country and overthrowing its head of state.

By definition, what is a dog? A domesticated subspecies of the wolf.  

How can anybody in their right mind compare the act of harming a dog to the act of harming a human being?  When we as human beings start equating the level of a dog to the level of a human being, something is definitely wrong with our priorities.  Something is definitely wrong when certain elements of our society treat their dogs better than they treat their own kids.  Something is definitely wrong when we as a society spend millions of dollars each year on needless creature comfort items for a dog.  But yet, we also have millions of homeless and starving humans in this country and in the world. 

Why do we give needlessly to a dog (a subspecies), but not to our own?  A dog, is a dog, is a dog, is a dog.  That's all it is, a dog.  Please get a grip!
