Usain "Lightning" Bolt won his second Olympic gold medal in his second world record time. He won the 100 meters Saturday while foofing around and won the 200 on Wednesday while running dead serious. Bolt becomes the first person since Carl Lewis in 1979 to hold the world record in the 100m and 200m.
