    IFL tonight on FOX

    Tonight's the night where the IFL - International Fight League - will make it's television premiere on FOX Sports. MMA fans everywhere will get a new spin on the way to watch fights. As IFL will introduce the use of teams into the sport of MMA. The IFL will have four teams of fighters, and behind these teams we will be their coaches. Some legendary names have have recruited by the IFL to coach up their young stable of fighters. If you're an old diehard fan like me the names are instantly recognizable. The Anacondas will be coached by former King of Pancrase and UFC Champ Bas Rutten. The Pitbulls will be coached by nonother than Royce's cousin - Renzo Gracie. The Silverbacks will be coached by former UFC champ Pat Miletich. And finally the Tiger Sharks team will be headed by former UFC champ Maurice Smith. Tonight viewers will be able to watch the Silverbacks slugging it out with the Anacondas. Next Sunday it's going to be the Pitbulls and Tiger Sharks going at it. It's scheduled for a 6:00 pm start, but check for your local listings as it might be on at a different time where you live.
