Yeah, I know, it has been awhile. Anyway, UFC 61 is next Saturday in Las Vegas. Check in this week, as FOXSports.com will be running separate features on Tito Ortiz-Ken Shamrock and Tim Sylvia-Andrei Arlovski leading up to the show and we'll be blogging live from Mandalay Bay.

A couple quotes to tide you over for now:

Sylvia, on his heavyweight title fight with Arlovski: "We hit hard. We're big boys. This fight isn't getting out of the first round. One of us is going to sleep and and I can tell you it's not gonna be me."

Shamrock, on why he doesn't like Tito:  "I've been around since the beginning. I went through all the downs with this company. When they were calling it 'human cockfighting,' my name was the one associated with it. I was supposedly a barbarian. If UFC went down, my name would have went down with it. To go through all that and have someone (Tito) come in and disrespect the people who came before him, I don't like that."
