New Three Way Deal for Kobe Bryant!

Friday, November 2, 2007, 07:13 AM EST [NBA]

Out of left field has come an intriguing three-way trade that looks like it just may fly! After several years of frustration, and now seeing their old rival, the Boston Celtics, put themselves in a position of dominance in the NBA's Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks have entered into negotiations with a long-time New York icon, The Radio City Music Hall.

Radio City Music Hall in New York City's Rockefeller Center

It's been kept quiet for several months and only recently surfaced that the Music Hall has been floundering in red ink. Evidently Knicks General Manager, Isiah Thomas, found out about this while dating a former dancer with the Rockettes. This got the ball rolling, so to speak, and one thing has led to another.

The Knicks have agreed to send several million dollars (the total remains to be seen) to Radio City. The Music Hall in turn will ship the famed Rockettes to the Los Angeles Lakers which, in turn, will send Kobe Bryant to the Knicks.

Kobe is my kind of guy, GM Thomas tells the media.

Kobe is in favor of the trade since none of the current Knicks will be involved in the deal. He has also publicly stated that he and GM Thomas have so much in common. He's ready to light up New York!

"It's a deal made in Heaven" Bryant gushed while his wife skeptically looks on.

On the Laker side of things, owner Jerry Buss, who admits always being enthralled with the Rockettes, has expressed great personal satisfaction with the deal!

Dr. Buss went on to say that since the Lakers won't be putting the same quality basketball team on the court as has been the team's history, he feels that the top rate dancing troupe will keep the Los Angeles Laker faithful coming to the Forum.

One Laker fan, Jack Nicholson (seen below when told about the proposed trade), has let it be known that once he thought the deal through, he can't wait to see the extravaganzas his old buddy Dr. Buss is planning!
