I opened my inbox this morning and, along with a bunch of great comments, I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to find a response to my interview request from the Washington Capitals.

Stay tuned folks, the Caps generously invited me to attend a practice and the game this Tuesday against the Blackhawks.  While there's no guarantee I will be able to snag a full interview with Alex Ovechkin, I will have access to players and coaches after practice and the game.
